Description:

“Trials of Mana” has made its debut on Apple Arcade, offering both longtime fans and newcomers an engaging experience in the beloved Mana series.

Story 
Set in a world once engulfed in darkness, the Goddess of Mana wielded the Sword of Mana to vanquish the eight Benevodons—monsters of great destruction. She imprisoned these malevolent forces within Mana Stones, restoring peace to the realm. Yet, weary from her efforts, the Goddess transformed into a tree and fell into a deep slumber. With her absence, evil forces emerged, intent on unleashing the Benevodons and sowing chaos across the kingdoms. As peace crumbles, Mana begins to fade from existence, placing the world on the brink of despair.

Playable Characters 
Players embark on their journey by selecting three characters from a roster of six unique protagonists. The intertwined narratives shift based on your choices, adding layers of depth and replayability to the story.

Graphics 
Experience the enchanting world of Mana reimagined with stunning 3D graphics. Familiar scenes and characters have been meticulously updated, enhancing visual engagement.

Battle System 
Engage in combat utilizing a dynamic fighting system that allows for evasive maneuvers and exhilarating aerial attacks. Signature ring menus return alongside new shortcut commands for a more streamlined tactical experience.

Powering Up Characters 
Transform your characters through light or dark classes, which not only strengthen their abilities but also change their appearance. The addition of Class 4 in this remake offers a broader range of playstyles with over 300 abilities to discover and master.

Difficulty 
The game features four difficulty levels: Beginner, Easy, Normal, and Hard. The Beginner setting provides a more forgiving experience, allowing players to resume from their last checkpoint after multiple defeats—ideal for those looking to immerse themselves in the narrative.

Soundtrack 
The revamped soundtrack includes 60 tracks arranged by original composer Hiroki Kikuta. Players can choose between the updated music or the nostalgic SNES version.

Voiceover 
Featuring full voice acting in both English and Japanese, character interactions vary based on your party composition, enhancing storytelling throughout your journey.

New Game Plus 
Completing the game unlocks additional story arcs for party members as well as more challenging difficulty settings like Expert and No Future.

New Features 
Newly integrated flashbacks for each character enrich narrative depth. Players will encounter familiar elements from the Mana series while seeking Li’l Cactus during their adventures. Additional features include new item seeds and an autosave function.
